Okay, so yesterday was not bad. 1303 calories, 31.5g fat which is 21.76% fat if the formula online is correct. I did breakdown and have a second piece of chocolate so that was an extra 3.3 fat grams...
I weighed in this morning, down 2.5 pounds. I don't think that's real weight loss, either I was artificially heavy yesterday or I was dehydrated this morning, I certainly don't expect to see that every day.
I went to the gym this morning, packed, absolutely packed, all those resolutions...I can't wait until February to have my gym back. I did 27.5 min on the bike (200 calories) and 33 min on the elliptical (390 calories) plus lower body weights and stretching. That more than took care of the yogurt I had for breakfast. Lunch is on the stove warming, homemade veggie soup, I'll have to figure out that calorie count but it can't be too bad, it's all veggies except for the tomato paste.
