I don't even love chocolate, I really prefer it only as an accent flavor but I have a bunch of it left from Christmas. I'm tempted to just eat it all tonight and be done with it but I don't think I can eat two large chocolate bars and a bag and a half of candy cane Hershey kisses.
I've been good about writing everything down so far today which has kept me from nibbling on aforementioned chocolate. My doc said I should try just giving up two things...she probably meant beer/wine and candy but I just don't think I can so I'm trying more moderation.
Risotto and broccoli for dinner, the risotto is surprisingly low fat, less than eggs, that's for sure! I have a feeling I'll have to still be more heavy on the broccoli and less on the risotto, sigh.
