Eggs...Yikes!
I started this morning with a weigh-in and a yogurt, not bad, that's my typical breakfast. I decided to have eggs for lunch, a little protein. I knew eggs weren't great but really, 5 g of fat per egg (I should note that I accidentally bought jumbo eggs), that's about twice as much as I thought there would be. I guess I'll at least get an adequate view of why I can't seem to lose weight even though I go to the gym for an hour and a half each day.
